1:200 in facs buffer for 30min. on ice. Cells were then stained with a live/dead marker.

Results Summary

This antibody is not able to separate the positively stained cells from the negative events. The fluorochrome is not bright enough for gating properly. Other fluorochromes of the same antibody clone give better staining.
