This kit can be used for isolating untouched human CD4 T cells from whole PBMCs.

1. Resuspend cells in the suggested medium (check the data sheet) 2. incubate with EasySep™ T cell enrichment Cocktail ( as per data sheet) for 10 minutes 3. Incubate with D magnetic particles for 10 minutes at RT4. Magnetic separation for 5 minutes 5. Check the purity of the negatively isolated cells
