Excellent Antibody to Detect Human IFN-gamma Expression

Human PBMCs were stimulated (6 hours) with PMA and Ionomycin in presence of protein transport inhibitor Golgi Stop. The cells were first stained with anti human CD4 and CD8 antibodies followed by fixation with BD Cytofix™ Buffer. The cells were later permeabilized with BD Perm/Wash™ Buffer and stained with and PE-Cy™7 mouse Anti-human IFN-γ antibody.
