The antibody SPC-108B is an excellent antibody for immuofluorescent detection of calnexin in the fixed (1% formaldehyde) human tumor cells. It does not detect calnexin without permeabilization and does not produce any non-specific staining without permeabilization.
The image indicates cytoplasmic calnexin (red), cell surface and cytoplasmic CDCP1 (green), and nuclear (blue-pink) staining.
The antibody is very sensitive, works correctly only with the permeabilized cells.
