This antibody did produce up to 16 protein bands. The major bands of 120, 140, 75 and 20 kDa do not correspond to the expected band of ~60 kDa of full-length MMP-14.

Too many non-specific bands with no band of expected mol. wt. for MMP-14.
I would not recommend this antibody for detection of mMP-14 by western blotting.
