STAT1-alpha ELISA Kit

The commercially available ELISA kit was used for the quantification of human STAT1-alpha levels in the sera of both patients and healthy volunteer subjects. To my knowledge this was the only ELISA kit available at the time of this research that was able to detect the STAT1-alpha variant of STAT1. The kit was reliable, the standard curves were reproducible, and the protocol was easy to follow.

Store the kits at the right temperature on delivery. Run normal/ healthy control samples as a test run.
