Human plasma samples
Diabetic patients blood is collected in heparin coated tubes. Then centrifuged at four degree Celsius with this instrument speed of 3200 rpm. After spin collected the plasma samples and continued further.
Switch the instrument and set temperature and wait until get the required temperature.
