Primary Incubation

30 minute incubation at 4oC. Live/dead stain.

Blocking Agent

No specific blocking step. 2% FCS in staining buffer.

Secondary Incubation

30 minute incubation at 4oC. Antibody cocktail used at this point containing antibody at 2ug/ml.

Tertiary Incubation

30 minute incubation at 4oC with PE-Cy7 streptavidin conjugate at 1 in 250 dilution

Detection

Mo Flow Astrios EQ 561 excitation 795/70 bandpass filter for emission

Results Summary

Bright staining allowed clear identification of FAP positive cells.
