No specific blocking step. 2% FCS in staining buffer.

Antibody worked well identifying a CD31 positive population. Staining intensity was moderate but allowed the identification of a small number of CD31 positive cells.

The staining intensity was moderate.
The antibody is sufficient to identify CD31 positive cells even though the staining intensity is not the brightest.
