Good Human IL-17 A Antibody

Human PBMC were stimulated for 6 hrs with PMA/Ionomycin in the presence of GolgiStop. Cells were surface stained first with Pacific blue conjugated anti-human CD4 antibody. Surface stained cells were washed and later fixed and permeabilized using Cytofix/Cytoperm reagents followed by staining with FITC anti-human IL-17A . The cells were finally analyzed by flow cytometry.
