The Good
Bright staining. Fluorophore-conjugated, with many options available. Comes ready to use with little optimization. Relatively cheap as far as directly-labelled antibodies go.
The Bad
Some other fluorophore-conjugated anti-CD8 antibodies result in even brighter staining, making it easier to analyse variation in CD8 expression.
The Bottom Line
This antibody performs well in flow cytometry; however, there are other fluorophore-conjugated CD8 antibodies available that result in brighter staining.
