Company:

Abcam

Product Name:

Anti-JunB antibody [EPR6518]

Catalog Number:

ab128878

Human cells were transfected with specific siRNA to test the role of siRNA target protein on growth factor induced JunB expression levels. After target protein knockdown human cells were subjected to growth arrest and treated with growth factor. Proteins extracts were made, resolved, and detected for JunB levels using its specific antibody. Abcam antibody flyer showed good detection of target protein so it was selected.
