Marks the kinetochore really well. Great antibody for counting lagging chromosomes. Super strong, very specific, and easy to use. I normally fix with 3.5% paraformaldehyde for 15 minutes, wash with PBS+0.5% Triton X for 5 minutes, then block in PBS+3%BSA for 10 minutes, then incubate antibody for 1 hour.

Immunofluorescence images were imaged the next day using a Nikon 90i microscope and 60X objective. Image depicts: DNA = blue using DAPINdc80 = green
Fix with 3.5% Paraformaldehyde solution for 15 minutes. Permeabilize cells with PBS+0.5% Triton X for 5 minutes before blocking
