My project is related to sepsis and some possible inhibitors of sepsis related receptors. We wanted to check how my inhibitors are effective, so as an important proinflammatory cytokine, IL-6, was one of the key players there. For this issue we used the kit from Biocompare, and now we got our results and they look promising.

Incubation of the plate overnight with capture antibody. Then block the plate and add your samples. Afterwards, add the detection antibody and the enzyme. Then add the substrate and the stop solution. Analyze with the plate reader.
Don't forget to check the concentration of the standards when you prepare them.
