We use a lot of customized oligos (range from 45- 150bp) that require a lot of process such as Klenow end repair and restriction digestion before putting into the plasmid vector. Since these oligos are smaller in size, we used this product to purify the enzymatic reaction with less loss of oligos.
Clean and concentrating oligos from enzymatic reactions
Double or single strand DNA/oligo
The binding buffer, 100% ethanol, sample (DNA) was added 2:8:1 ratio and passed through the column. As recommended per manual washed with 750ul of Wash buffer. The Oligos/plasmid eluted atleast with 15ul of nuclease free water.
Maintain the buffer ratio to DNA
We used to recover almost 80%-90% oligos from the enzymatic reactions.
