This product was used to look at bone marrow precursor cells from mice, and to monitor differentiation of neutrophils in vitro. Works very reliably.

Flow cytometry
Works very well, easy detection of CD117 (c-Kit). In the image shown, I am monitoring neutrophil differentiation from precursor cells, which start off as all CD117+ CD11b-. Then, as they mature (shown here, at 4 days post initiating maturation) they downregulate CD117 and upregulate CD11b. This was very easy to monitor by flow cytometry, and as you can see the CD117 staining is very distinct and bright. Very happy with the product.
