This kit is used to add 5' phosphate groups to digested DNA so it can be ligated and cloned.
Molecular Cloning
None
Incubate PNK with digested DNA with PNK buffer and ATP for 30 minutes at 37 C. Heat inactivate at 65 C for 20 minutes.
Mix well
Digested DNA incubated with PNK was able to be ligated and transformed into bacteria.
Works
This is a good kit to phosphorylate digested DNA.
