Great and reliable. No problems with dye breakdown or loss of brightness. Fixed samples in 4% PFA for 20 minutes (for biosafety reasons) and haven't noticed any change or problems with the staining. We have had this antibody for several years, and the last aliquot worked just as well as the first. No major problems with compensation either.
