This was used to analyze cytokine levels in murine lung homogenate. The kit yielded consistent results and was easy to detect cytokine levels

Murine lung homogenate supernatant
Lungs from Mtb infected mice were homogenized in 5mL PBS-T. Homogenate was aliquoted and spun down at max speed, and the supernatant was filtered through a 0.2um PVDF filter. The sample was diluted 1:3 in the appropriate buffer as per product guidelines.
May need to dilute sample to get within the standard curve.
Consistent results, easy to detect cytokine levels.
