I'm evaluating kinesin expression across a number of cancer cell lines, and purchased this antibody (among several others) to identify the best one to detect KIF15 in protein lysates by Western blot. I selected an antibody from Proteintech based on the suggestion of a colleague who uses antibodies from the company frequently.

1:1000 in 5% milk in TBS-T, overnight at 4 degrees C, on a rocker
5% milk in TBS-T
1:5000, anti-Rb in 5% milk in TBS-T, 30 minutes at room temp, on a rocker

HRP Chemiluminescence
This antibody yielded a strong, clean band at the predicted molecular weight (160 kDa) and faint non-specific bands that were observed using a digital developer, but not on film. When compared with use of other anti-KIF15 antibodies, this antibody produced bands of expected intensity.

Antibody was a bit expensive, but worth it not to need repetitive validation steps
I would recommend this antibody for use in Western blots.
