Global MicroRNA Profiling
The aim of this experiment was to perform global microRNA profiling on total RNA extracted from tissues. The total RNA samples were sent to Exiqon for microRNA quantitative PCR services. A signature microRNA list was then identified from this investigation and individual microRNA assays were performed to validate the findings.
