The main aim of this test was to phenotype dog blood cells and detect the presence or absence of lymphoma. Incubate whole blood cells with the isotope control. Lyse the cells. Wash them with PBS and read using a flow cytometer.This product serves as a perfect isotope control for the antibody used.
