Catalog Number:

00H-2147-K0

An SEC column (Phenomenex®BioSec-SEC-4000, 300*7.8 mm) was used for the purification of DNA tetrahedral nanoparticles, and all chromatograms were collected at 260 nm. A typical SEC mobile phase was 450 mM NaCl, 25 mM Tris base (pH 7.3). 10~500 μL of as-prepared TDNs was loaded and eluted at a flow rate of 0.6 mL/min with isocratic elution. The retention time of TDNs was commonly in the range of 15~16 min. Reference: ACS Appl Mater Interfaces. 2015 Jun 24;7(24):13174-9. doi: 10.1021/am505592e.
