We were looking for a flow cytometer for analysis of more than six colours. We already have one with 3 colours from BD but we were looking for a new one with more capacity. The price from this cytometer was really competitive and after using, our group is really satisfied with the cytometer.

Basically is the same protocol as for any staining for flow cytometry lysing red blood cells and incubating with antibodies against the CD desired.
It collect a fix volume of sample instead a fix number of events.
Results can be analyzed with flowjo or Milteny also provides a software for analysis. We still prefer flowjo.
