Company:

BD Biosciences

Product Name:

PE Hamster Anti-Mouse CD80

Catalog Number:

553769

CD80 was used to identify activated murine myeloid cells in spleen. Murine splenocytes were incubated with LPS over night to induce activation and then stained with CD11c and MHCII to identify dendritic cells. Anti-CD80 was then used to measure activation of these cells. PE was chosen as fluorochrome due to its brightness.
