The goal of this experiment was to measure PCNA via western blot to assess cell proliferation in an H4IIE rat hepatoma cell line. We selected this product based on a recent paper that used it to measure proliferation.

Primary Incubation

1:200 over night at 4 degrees C.

Blocking Agent

1:3 Odyssey Block:TBS for 1 hour at room temperature

Secondary Incubation

1:3 Odyssey Block:TBST (0.1% Tween and 0.02% SDS) for 1 hour at room temperature

Tertiary Incubation

NA

Detection

Odyssey Infrared Imager

Results Summary

Successful detection of PCNA. Would suggest a 1:500-1:1000 dilution for best results.
