My project was related to sepsis and some possible inhibitors of sepsis related receptors. We wanted to check how my inhibitors are effective, so as an important proinflammatory cytokine/chemokine, IL-8, was a key player there. For this issue we used the kit from Biocompare, and we got promising results.
Measurement of IL-8
Monocyte immune cells
Incubation overnight with capture antibody. Then block the plate and add your samples. Afterwards, add the detection antibody and the enzyme. Then add the substrate and the stop solution. Analyze with the plate reader.
Work in the dark with the enzyme.
