This antibody was used to detect IL-7Ra on T cells. This antibody conjugated to the BV510 fluorochrome was chosen because it was the only channel I had available. Based on the staining profile provided by BD Biosciences, this antibody should have provided a decent separation between the positive population and background but this was not the case for me.

Looking at CD127 expression on T cells (Thy1.2+ cells), there is poor separation between positive and background. Further gating on CD8+ T cells did not improve separation.
