Results Summary

Cells were first stained with cell surface markers (anti-CD3 and CD4). This was followed by staining with Fixable blue, a viability dye. Cells were then fixed/permeabilized with the Foxp3 Fix/Perm buffer from eBioscience. Staining with anti-KLRG1 was performed in 100ul of 1xWash buffer @1:100 or 1:400 dilution. This antibody gave an excellent separation between positive cells and background.
