Immune cells were extracted from mice spleen before and after treatment.- Diluite Zombie NIR 1:20 in FACS buffer- Add 1 ul Zombie NIR dilution for every 100 ul (x 10^5 cells/100 ul)- Wash with FACS buffer- Resuspend in the same volume as before- Add 1 uL Fc Block for 100uL - Incubate for 15 min - Wash - Fix with 2% formaldehyde or see intracellular staining protocol.- flow cyt
