Like many other cancer labs, our lab works with p53. We recently needed to detect p53 protein levels in 786-0 cell lysates, and gave this antibody a try first on a recommendation from several other labs.

Results Summary

Great quality antibody. We were able to visualize protein levels quite well using this antibody at a number of different protein levels. It didn't require any additional optimization and saved us a great deal of time by not requiring any.

The Bottom Line

Cell Signaling is known for the quality of their antibodies and customer service. This p53 antibody is well-worth the price and carries that same reputation. I highly recommend it.
