To design a 10 color panel, I needed to find an antibody that will perform well for this relatively dim fluorochrome as APC-eFluor780 is ranked only 2 out of 5 for brightness. This antibody worked well and gave a good separation between positive and background.

By performing a two fold dilution between 1:100 and 1:1600, I determined that the optimal dilution was 1:400. This is pretty great for a dim fluorochrome.
