APC Anti-Mouse CD45

In order to study immune cell influx in an infection related lung inflammation, LPS was instilled into mouse lungs. 24 hours later, brohchoalveolar lavage was performed to isolate airway cells. CD45 antibody was used to identify hematopoietic cells so that the proportions of infiltrating immune cells can be identified by other antibodies specific for each cell type. This antibody was recommended by a colleague.
