Bronchoalveolar lavage was performed on mice treated with LPS (24 hr), and the cells were isolated and stained for flow cytometry. CD45 antibody was used to select hematopoietic cells to further characterize the recruited cell population. This product was chosen because it was recommended by a colleague.
