This antibody was used to stain HMGB-1 in the nucleus of murine tumor cells to determine expression levels and possible changes of expression with different kinds of cytotoxic treatments. Murine A20 lymphoma cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde and permeabilized using a tween-containing buffer. Cells were then stained with PE anti-HMGB1 or isotype control at the recommended concentration.
