We wanted to check the cytokine production of our innate immune cells after stimulation. We used primary cells which are very sensitive, and they produce some of the pro-inflammatory cytokines. What we wanted to know was at which concentration of our drug we will get the highest value of cytokine production. As a summary, we got the information! The reasons for selecting this product were specificity, quality, and how easy it is to work with it.

Stimulated immune cells
Capture antibody at day 0, and incubate overnight at 4 degrees. At day 1, wash, block with assay diluent, afterwards adding my samples, incubate for 2 hours. After 2 hours incubation, add detection antibody, follow with 1 hour incubation, and then Avidin- HRP for 30 minutes. Then add substrate for 15 minutes and in the end, stop solution.
Check the volumes
The results were in pg/ml, of the cytokine production.
