Cells were recovered from naive mouse peritoneum and stained with biotinylated anti-CD3 (1:100). anti-CD19 (1:400), anti-siglecF (1:10) and anti-Ter119 (1:400) for use in a dump channel. Secondary staining was done with PE/CF594-Steptavidin.

Very low background in this detector channel and bright staining on positive cells led to easy separation of dump positive cells.

Bright staining, clear postive population
Great option to stain biotinylated antibodies. Low background (off 532nm laser) and bright signal from positive cells makes it easy to identify PE/CF594+ cells.
