This product is an easy to use packaging system for lentiviruses. It can be used with 3rd generation compatible pro-viral vectors and you just add your plasmid diluted in water to the single shot tube and then transfect the cells.
Lentivirus Production

Add pro-viral plasmid in water to single shot tube. Mix and incubate for 10 minutes. Transfect HEK.
Add mixture dropwise
80+% transfection efficiency is seen with proviral vectors using this system. Viruses packaged with this system are infectious and will transduce cells in downstream application.
