This kit was used for detecting inflammatory cytokines from mouse serum.

Cell cuture and serum
1. Standard solutions were prepared as per manufactures instructions.2. Capture beads were prepared as per instructions.3. 50 ul of capture beads were added to all assay tubes. 4. 50 ul of diluted standards were added to the standard assay tubes and 50 ul of diluted samples to sample assay tubes. 5. Incubated for 2 hrs 6.Add 1 ml of wash buffer and spin for 5 minutes at 200 g. 7. Carefully aspirate and discard the supernatant. 8. Re-suspend in 300 ul of wash buffer and analyse by flow cytometry.
Knowledge of flow cytometry is required
Using this kit I was able to quantify the amount of multiple inflammatory proteins from a single sample.

Low sample voulme is required for the assay
Calculation of the data using software is little bit difficult
Very useful kit when the sample volume is less.
