This apparatus is used to perform electrophoresis on agarose gels to separate different sized DNA molecules. This is a small apparatus perfect for running a 10 well gel for small projects.

Dissolve agarose and pour into gel mold and add well comb. After gel has solidified, load your samples into the wells and then run.
Fully dissolve agarose
The agarose gels run with this apparatus have sharp bands after running. The DNA ladder also looks good.
Small
Small electrophoresis apparatus for small projects
Not good if you need to run more than 10-12 wells at a time
