Amplify PCR product. Follow kit instructions for removing primers and single nucleotides from the PCR product.
Lower elution volume for higher concentrations
PCR product purified with this kit has been used for downstream applications e.g. cloning successfully. However, the 260/230 readings are sometimes low in PCR products purified by this kit. However, doesn't seem to have affected using with downstream applications.

260/230 is low occasionally
This is a quick kit to clean up PCR products.
