Data are clean with a nice population or new peak of positive cells - depends if you prefer a counter plot or an histogram. Fast and efficient Ab - 5ul for 10 min at RT. No needs to wash it. I normally stain my sample (human cancer cells) after my extracellular staining, just before going for flow.
Is not intracellular.

It is a convient product: easy to use, fast and not so expensive. Recommended.
