The aim of my study was a phenotypic analysis of major leukocyte subsets in human peripheral blood.

Primary Incubation

50ul of blood was incubated with the antibody for 30 minutes in the dark at RT. Cells were lysed with BD lysing solution following the instructions on the solution. Then cells were washed with PBS 3 times and then diluted in 300ul of FACS buffer for direct usage in flow cytometry.

Results Summary
