FACS calibur was used to run the stained cells from mouse lymph nodes.

Mouse lymph nodes were harvested. They were then mashed and stained with four colors FITC, PE, PE-Cy5 and APC
PE- Cy5 leaks extensively in FL2 and FL3 unless voltages are adjusted properly and dilution maintained
Results are better with just FL1, FL2 and FL4 lasers
Easy to use, also does not require too much instrument understanding
