While we work on the mechanism of rheumatoid arthritis, we label PBMC and synovial fluid with CD3, CD4, PD-1, and I-Cos. The data show that PD-1 and I-Cos express higher in RA patient synovial fluid. This product was used to Identify I-COS(CD278) in human tissue.

1X10^6 PBMC or cells isolated from synovial fluid were incubated with 5ul APC anti-human/mouse/rat CD278 (ICOS) and other antibodies in 30ul FACS buffer for 30 min at 4oC.
