While we work on the mechanism of rheumatoid arthritis, we label PBMC and synovial fluid with CD3, CD4, PD-1, and I-Cos. The data show that PD-1 and I-Cos express higher in RA patient synovial fluid. This product was used to identify PD-1(CD279) in human tissue.

1X10^6 PBMC or cells isolated from synovial fluid were incubated with 5ul anti-human CD279 (PD-1) Antibody PE/Cy7 and other antibodies in 30ul FACS buffer for 30 min at 4oC.
