This elite ABC kit is based on the avidin/biotin binding system with very uniform and highly active accessing of biotinylated target. It is a very useful tool for regular immunohistochemistry staining.
IHC
Biotinylated target, normally is biotinylated primary or second antibody.
Make fresh working solution by mixing equal amounts of reagent A and B. Mix well and let it sit for 30min at room temperature before use. Then add it onto biotinylated target and incubate for 75min at room temperature. Wash thoroughly and continue with next necessary step.
Working solution is good for several days after mixing which is not stated in the protocol.
By washing adequately after each step, the ABC kit could bring sharp and sensitive staining result.
