Company:

BD Biosciences

Product Name:

BV510 anti-mouse/human Ki67

Catalog Number:

563462

I used this antibody for staining Ki-67, a nuclear antigen that is expressed in cycling cells. The advantage is that you can stain cells and read them immediately instead of culturing them to see cell proliferation. Also beneficial for ex vivo staining of cells isolated from mice or human tissues/blood. The staining worked very well with the standard intra-cellular staining protocols.
