We use our gel system to run gels for genotyping and LDPCR. They are used continuously every day. Use Agarose gel and TAE buffer. 40-100 mV depending on gel.

Use 1-3% Agarose gels in 1X TAE buffer.
Change buffer after 3-6 runs.
Great system. Highly durable as we use it daily and liked it so much we bought a second. No complaints.
