Bone Marrow Derived Dendritic Cells (BMDCs) were generated from mouse bone marrow cells. These BMDCs were activated with different conditions to determine if these conditions skew T cell polarization and activation by BMDCs. CD86 antibody was used as a general activation marker to determine if the conditions successfully activated BMDCs in general.

Scatter plots were obtained from a flow cytometer and the antibody successfully identified activated BMDCs. There was a clear separation of CD86 positive and negative cells.
